Hi, I'm Annmarie Martin.
I’m a coach and IT professional with a foot in each world. I love to empower people to unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful goals.
My coaching approach helps people access their inner resources and wisdom to reach their goals and overcome challenges. I also use energy work, including EFT (tapping), to deepen the process — and when needed, help heal and clear past experiences that may be standing in the way.
I'm a certified EFT practitioner and hold certifications in other healing modalities that inform my work.
My philosophy and style are humorous and heart-centered. I encourage people to make friends with themselves, and to accept, love and embrace their uniqueness — including their so-called negative bits — so they can truly thrive.
